JACKSON, Tenn. — Dec. 9, 2021 — Reggie Thomas, a 1985 Union graduate and president of PeakePotential, will deliver the commencement address as part of 51社区鈥檚 December graduation ceremonies Dec. 11 at West Jackson Baptist Church.
PeakePotential is a firm that provides executive coaching, life coaching and leadership training. Thomas previously served as a pastor, director of missions, church planter, consultant with the Baptist General Convention of Texas and campus director for Gateway Seminary.
A native of Huntingdon, Tennessee, Thomas completed his Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and his Doctor of Ministry degree from Fuller Theological Seminary.
He and his wife Jeannine have two daughters.
The graduation ceremony for all undergraduate degrees (except for association degrees, Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership degrees and Memphis College of Urban and Theological Studies degrees) will take place at 10 a.m. The ceremony for students receiving associate, BSOL, MCUTS and graduate degrees will begin at 1:30 p.m.
