JACKSON, Tenn. — March 20, 2017 — 51 will host “College to Career: Education and Professionals Expo,” a recruiting opportunity for area employers, March 30.
The event is sponsored by the Vocatio Center for Life Calling and Career, the School of Education’s teacher education program and Union’s business, nursing, computer science, engineering and social work programs.
Undergraduate and graduate education students and professional studies majors, in addition to students in shortage areas such as math, biology, physics, chemistry, Spanish, French and teaching English as a second language have been invited to attend.
College to Career 2017 provides a competitive platform for Union’s top students to network and market their talents and gifts to recruiters representing school systems and employers from a variety of organizations.

The event will take place from 1:30-3:30 p.m. in the Carl Grant Events Center. Student registration deadline is March 24.
