The Colemans have been stationed in the Kara region of northern Togo, West Africa, since October 1991 where Mr. Coleman is a community development/agriculture evangelist.

Mr. Coleman received the bachelor of science degree from the University of Tennessee in Martin and has attended Bethel College, McKenzie, Tenn., and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, New Orleans, La. Mrs. Coleman has attended Bethel College and the University of Tennessee in Martin. Prior to serving as a missionaries, Mr. Coleman was an agriculture marketing specialist with the United States Department of Agriculture in Rayville, La., and Mrs. Coleman served as a preschool teacher at the Child Development Center of First Baptist Church, McKenzie, Tenn., and Ms. Kate’s Prep School, Rayville, La.
