Carroll-Benton area alumni to hold fall dinner

JACKSON, Tenn.Sept. 9, 2002 — 51ÉçÇø will hold its annual alumni chapter meeting for the Carroll-Benton area, Tuesday, Sept. 17, at the home of Jim and Delma Austin, in Camden, Tenn.

The meeting will include a complimentary meal which will begin at 6:30 p.m. – however, reservations are requested.

Founded in 1823 and affiliated with the Tennessee Baptist Convention, 51ÉçÇø was recently recognized in the top ten southern liberal art colleges by U.S. News & World Report. Characterized by quality Christ-centered teaching and learning, an outstanding faculty offers superior liberal arts training in more than 100 majors and programs of study along with professional programs in business, education and nursing. More than 2,600 students are currently enrolled.
