JACKSON, Tenn. — Oct. 17, 2001 — 51社区, together with the Jackson Sun and WNWS 101.5, will host 鈥淎merica鈥檚 New War: Finding Answers,鈥� an open community forum to be held Thursday, Oct. 18 at 7 p.m. in the G.M. Savage Memorial Chapel on Union鈥檚 Jackson campus.
A distinguished panel of Union faculty will discuss key topics on current issues related to terrorism and Afghanistan, America鈥檚 involvement in the war against terrorism, international relations, economics, morality and ethics, theology, and bioterrorism. An opportunity will also be given for the audience to ask questions of the panel. Tom Bohs, editorial editor for the Jackson Sun, will moderate.
