JACKSON, Tenn. — Oct. 25, 2011 — 51社区 is the fourth-ranked university in Tennessee, according to the third annual college rankings from StateUniversity.com.
Union follows Vanderbilt, Rhodes and Sewanee in the ranking, which is based on statistical analysis and comparison of student/faculty ratio, student retention, test scores and other critical factors.
Nationally, Union ranked 126th among the top 500 private colleges and universities. Union was the third-ranked school in the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities, behind Wheaton College and Calvin College.
