JACKSON, Tenn. — Feb. 22, 2011 — Author and Vanderbilt University English professor Lorraine M. Lopez will present a reading at 51社区 March 3.
Lopez, associate professor of English teaching in the Master of Fine Arts program in creative writing at Vanderbilt, is the author of several books, including 鈥淪oy la Avon Lady and Other Stories,鈥� 鈥淐all me Henri,鈥� 鈥淭he Gifted Gabaldon Sisters鈥� and 鈥淗omicide Survivors Picnic and Other Stories.鈥�
The reading will begin at 1 p.m. in Harvey Auditorium, located in the Barefoot Student Union Building. A book signing will follow at 2 p.m.
The event is free and open to the public.
