JACKSON, Tenn. — March 16, 2010 — New York Times bestselling author Eric Metaxas will be at 51社区 this week for two speaking engagements.
He will speak about 鈥淲itty Witnessing鈥 and how he uses intelligent humor to share the gospel, March 18 at 7 p.m. in Harvey Auditorium. On March 19 at 10 a.m., Metaxas will speak in Union鈥檚 chapel service in the G.M. Savage Memorial Chapel.
Metaxas is the author of such books as 鈥淎mazing Grace: William Wilberforce and the Heroic Campaign to End Slavery,鈥 the 鈥淓verything You Always Wanted to Know About God鈥 series and a forthcoming biography of Dietrich Bonhoeffer that will be released in April.
Both events are free and open to the public.
