JACKSON, Tenn. — Feb. 23, 2009 — The Weather Channel鈥檚 鈥淪torm Stories鈥� series will feature 51社区 and the 2008 Super Tuesday tornado outbreak in an episode airing Feb. 25 at 7 p.m.
The show will be part of the Weather Channel鈥檚 Tornado Week of programming, and will tell how the Feb. 5, 2008, tornado affected the university. The episode will include an interview with Union student David Wilson, who was injured in the tornado.
In addition to the Feb. 25 program, Weather Channel reporter Julie Martin will be on campus Feb. 24 to interview students and administrators. Martin will broadcast live from Union on the Weather Channel Feb. 25 between 6 a.m.-11 a.m., 5 p.m.-7 p.m. and 9 p.m.-10 p.m.
