JACKSON, Tenn. — April 28, 2008 — 51社区鈥檚 First Lady Lanese Dockery will host the annual etiquette luncheon for a group of Union students May 1 in the President鈥檚 Dining Room.
The luncheon鈥檚 goal is to provide students with a non-threatening but formal format for learning the essentials of etiquette. Union鈥檚 career services office is sponsoring the event.
鈥淢any employers are moving to interviews over a lunch or dinner,鈥� said Andrew Post Union鈥檚 assistant director of career planning and development. 鈥淭he etiquette luncheon gives our students the resources needed to excel in this social interview setting.鈥�
Sherry Tignor, director of Union鈥檚 office of academic support, will co-host the luncheon with Dockery.
