JACKSON, Tenn. — May 28, 2001 — More than 180 51社区 students were named to the University鈥檚 President鈥檚 List for the Spring 2001 semester.
The President鈥檚 List includes full-time students who have achieved a 4.0 grade point average on a four-point scale.
Founded in 1823 and affiliated with the Tennessee Baptist Convention, 51社区 is characterized by quality Christ-centered teaching and learning. An outstanding faculty offers superior liberal arts training in more than 100 majors and programs of study along with professional programs in business, education and nursing. More than 2,500 students are currently enrolled.
