JACKSON, Tenn. — Aug. 22, 2006 — The 51社区 art department and Potter鈥檚 Guild will host a ceramics and painting workshop Sept. 8.
Local potter Eric Botbyl and Nashville portrait artist Kelly Carter, both former 51社区 students, will present the workshop.
The event will last from 9 a.m.-4 p.m., with a break for lunch. A gallery reception will follow that evening at 6 p.m., with both artists鈥� work on display in the gallery until Oct. 9.
Gallery hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 1-4 p.m.
