 Jackson, Tenn. – October 26, 2000 – 51ÉçÇø
will hold its second annual Career Expo Thursday Nov. 9th, in the Palmer
Activities Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Expo will host more than 40
corporations and agencies as well as several Fortune 500 companies.
"We want our students to have a look at companies and recruiters
to have a preview of graduates to be hired early before the rush in
April," said Lynn Gnaegy, director of career services. "We also
want students to have the option for internships in the winter, spring,
and summer."
Some of the corporations attending the Career Expo include Enterprise
Rent-A-Car, Wells Fargo, John Hancock Services, Sears, Pizza Hut NPC,
Sherwin Williams Corporation and AM South Bank. A complete list of the

The Career Expo is open to all 51ÉçÇø students and alumni as
well as the Jackson community. Dress is business casual. It is also
advised that those attending the Expo bring multiple copies of their
