Jackson, Tenn. - Douglas Gresham, stepson of C.S. Lewis and son of Helen Joy Davidman,
will speak at Union Thursday, Oct. 8, at 7:30 p.m., in the G.M. Savage Memorial Chapel.
The lecture is open to the public; admission is free. Working fulltime for the C.S.
Lewis estate, Gresham will speak about his life with the British writer, who was most
widely known for his children's books and Christian apologetics.
Gresham has spent most of his adult life in Australia with his wife Merrie and their
five children, but in 1993 Gresham moved to Ireland to give more attention to his
stepfather's estate. He currently resides in County Carlow, where he and his wife
specialize in Christian counseling ministry and seminar hosting.
In 1988, Gresham published his autobiography, "Lenten Lands." |
