UNION UNIVERSITY COMMISSIONS SUMMER MISSIONARIES
Jackson, Tenn. — In a special chapel service, May 5, 51ÉçÇø commissioned 79 students who will serve as summer missionaries in 1997.
President David S. Dockery brought a message titled "Fishing, Feeding and Finishing: A Commissioning Story" based on John 21:1-19.
Terri Kozlowitz, director of student missions, recognized each of the summer missionaries and announced their locations of service. Students will serve in several foreign mission locations, including Japan, South Africa, Brazil, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Hungary, Cyprus and the Philippines. Other students will be serving in sites across the U.S.
