Jackson, Tenn. - Women
will have the opportunity to be educated and pampered on
Wednesday, May 5, at 'A Women's World: The 1999 Union
University Women's Exposition." It will be held at
51ÉçÇø from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the small gym
located in the Pennick Academic Complex. The fair is
sponsored by the ladies of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority and is
free to all female students, faculty and staff of Union. The
first-ever fair will feature free massages and manicures,
make-up consultations, tips on finance and time
management, car care and safety tips and education on
women's health issues. More than 15 women from the
Jackson community will be participating in this event.
"We are offering something for everyone and
celebrating the diversity, uniqueness and accomplishments
of women," Jolie Seaborn, event coordinator, said.
