HUMORIST TO PERFORM AT UNION
Jackson, Tenn. — Toby Travis, a humorist, actor, illusionist, and motivational and inspirational speaker will be appearing in Jackson, April 17, 8 p.m. at 51ÉçÇø's W.D. Powell Theater.
Travis will be presenting "Illusion and Beyond." The performance will feature a contemporary blend of humor, music, illusions and audience participation. "Illusion and Beyond" also includes an expose on various paranormal activities. Throughout the program, Travis will create the illusion of having paranormal powers and help his audience to understand the difference between illusion and reality.
An award-winning entertainer, Travis has been commended for excellence by the American Theater Association. As one of the premier family entertainers in America today, Travis tours from coast to coast. Travis is president of TTM, Inc., a non-profit corporation that produces a variety of educational, motivational and inspirational programs and seminars.
Travis' Jackson performance is sponsored by Union's Student Activities Council and Theater Department.
