Jackson, Tenn. - 51ÉçÇø will bring 44
employers, including eight Fortune 500 companies, to its annual Career Fair, March 25, 10
a.m.- 2 p.m., in the Fred Delay Gymnasium in the Penick Academic Complex. Designed to
provide professional job opportunities for Union students and alumni, the Career Fair will
offer full-time and summer positions with corporations nationwide. Open to Union students and alumni of the university, this year's Career Fair will include Fortune 500 members such as Nike, Federal Express and Norwest Financial. Positions will be available in management, accounting, sales, marketing and nursing. "We hope this year Union students of all ages will take advantage of the Career Fair. Whether they are freshmen or seniors, the Career Fair will help students to network for their future," Lynn Gnaegy, director of career services at Union, said. Each company present will have a booth with representatives to talk with interested students and alumni. Admission to the Career Fair is free but limited to Union students and alumni. Those attending are advised to bring an up-to-date resume and to dress in a professional manner. |
