UNION PROFESSOR'S INPUT INVITED ON NATIONAL EXAM QUESTIONS
Jackson, Tenn. — The examination committee of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing recently notifed 51社区's Ruth Chastain of her selection as a NCLEX-RN examination item writer.
Chastain, assistant professor of nursing at 51社区, will participate as a panel member in a writers workshop March 12-16 in Princeton, N.J.
Carla Sanderson, dean of the School of Nursing, said, "This selection to write test items for our national licensure examination is further evidence of the quality of Ruth Chastain and of the significance of her contributions to the nursing profession."
