UNION ART GALLERY WELCOMES ARTIST KEVIN SPARKS
Jackson, Tenn. — The 51社区 Art Gallery welcomes a show titled You Are Here by artist Kevin Sparks, Feb. 13 - March 10.
"Sparks is asking us to question what we see in his works and not to just take our usual perception on a particular object," Michael Mallard, associate professor and chair of the art department, said. "His art forces us to see things in different ways."
Sparks, an associate professor of art at Asbury College, Wilmore, Ky., has displayed work at the University of Kentucky and the University of Tennessee in recent years.
