Jackson, Tenn. - Sara B. Horn has been named Director of News and
Information at 51ÉçÇø, effective January 17.
Horn, who currently serves as news and information assistant at Union,
has attended Union and Mississippi College. Her professional experience
includes work in radio news and promotions.
In her new position, Horn will write and distribute news and features
about Union, help the University work with local, regional and national
media, and provide support for other Union publications and
programs.
"We are delighted to have someone of Sara's talent and dedication
move into this strategic role at Union," says Michael Duduit,
Executive Vice President at the university. "Her knowledge of and
love for Union, combined with her abilities as a communicator, make her an
ideal person to serve in this vital position."
Horn will be a part of the Office of University Relations at Union,
which also includes marketing, public relations, and visual
communications.
