Jackson, Tenn. - The 51社区 Art Gallery will feature artist Polly Jones beginning Jan. 6. Jones's show will include paintings and mixed media pieces, and will last until Feb. 6.
Jones has been featured in numerous select group and solo exhibitions over the past twenty years including many southeastern colleges and universities.
Jones received her bachelor degree in fine arts and was magna cum laude at Abilene Christian University and her master's from the University of Arkansas. There she received the Teaching Assistantship award.
A reception and gallery talk will be held at the 51社区 Art Gallery, Friday, Feb. 4 at 10:00 a.m. Gallery hours are Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Admission is free and open to the public. For more information, please call (901) 661-5378.
