Artist Lecture & Reception: Megan Paige Ward

M. Paige Ward is originally from Frog Jump, TN where her first love for art was expressed through building tree houses. Ward graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Art with a minor in Professional Education and TN K-12 Visual Arts Teaching Licensure in the fall of 2010 from 51社区 in Jackson, TN. She received her Master of Fine Arts degree in Studio Arts / Ceramics from the University of Florida in Gainesville in 2017. Paige recently worked on staff in the Department of Art at Union as the Shop Technician and Ceramics Instructor at Mudslingers Studio 鈥� Annex of the Dixie Carter Performing Arts Center and Academic Enrichment Center in Huntingdon, TN. She has participated in internships at Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts in Gatlinburg, TN and the Anderson Ranch Arts Center in Snowmass Village, CO. She is currently working in Gatlinburg, TN as an Artist in Residence at Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts.
