Residual Testing

Registration: Click on a date below to register for the test of your choice! Student must have an application for admission on file with the Office of Undergraduate Admissions to register.

Location/Time: Directions to Union. Please arrive between 8:15-8:30 a.m. to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions located in the Barefoot Student Union Building. The test begins at 9:00 am. The test should finish before 1:00 p.m.

Payment: You will be able to pay the $68 ACT fee by credit card when you register online. (If you prefer to pay by cash or check, select "Pay at UU on test day" at the bottom of the registration form. Then, please bring exact cash or check on the day of the exam.)

ACT Composite Score: Students will receive their ACT composite score the day the test is taken at 51社区. Scores for the ACT Residual Test are admissible for 51社区 only. A 60 day time period is required in between taking the Residual Exams.

NOTE: In the event of inclement weather (i.e. snow), a decision about campus closings will be announced at uu.edu.

Residual ACT on the Jackson Campus (2025)

If you live in the Nashville area, we also offer Residual ACT Testing at our Hendersonville campus. Cost is $85.
